Welcome to CHANGING homelessness!

Our Vision is an End to Homelessness.

As the Lead Agency for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Grant, we provide training and foster communications between our 50 member agencies that provide direct service to those in need. Always in search for new grants and funding opportunities for our Mission, we are also in charge of providing data collection coordination for these services through the Homeless Information Management System (HMIS), ensuring useful data with the highest integrity possible. We analyze this data to trend changes occurring in the populations our member agencies service. By tracking these changes, we ensure services rendered are accurately addressing specific needs of the homeless or those living in poverty. Also, we coordinate the annual Point-In-Time Count, a national survey and census that allow a broad, as well as specific, viewpoint of trends.

Tune in here for information on best practices in the industry and current topics as well as what is happening across the nation to help us all make this vision a reality for everyone experiencing homelessness!
